Info for Presenters & Panel Chairs

How do I know where to go? Find your panel on the program.

For Presenters

How do I show my Powerpoint? Each room is outfitted with a podium and computer (PC). You can bring your Powerpoint using the following:

  • USB
  • Google Drive
  • Email
  • Bring your own laptop (note: if you bring a MAC, make sure to bring a dongle converter)

What to do when you arrive? Inform the Chair how you would like to be introduced

For Panel Chairs

How do I run my session?

  • introduce each panelist
  • ensure that each panelist takes about 20 minutes (if there are three panelists in the session), reduce time if there are more
  • ensure that there is a Q&A session after all presenters have completed their presentations
